IHO is a non profitnon_governmental organization, working inside Iraq supporting the people affected by conflicts. IHO is registered under the department of NGOs in the Kurdistan region and is registered with Iraqi federal government as well, it has access to the whole of Iraq. IHO was founded in 2018.
SharzadKhider Omar
Founder
Mr. Sharzad is presently the cofounder of Inhalation of Hope Organization (IHO). He has experience working with local and international NGOs in the community development field in Iraq at the provinces such as Duhok, Erbil, and Nineveh. He completed his bachelor's in chemistry science at the University of Zakho in 2017. He is a civilian and human rights activist. He worked voluntarily with UNIOM for a year (2017–2018). He has been the IHO director since 2018. He was the trainer of many courses in different subjects, such as First Aid, GBV, Human Rights, Trauma, Social Cohesion, etc. He was a volunteer lecturer and helped students with their subjects in two schools in Derabun. He spent three months in the laboratory at Bedare's Hospital and four months in the laboratory at Derabun Hospital in Zakho. He holds numerous certificates, including training on TOT Trainers, Internship Program Medical Laboratory), Crisis and Trauma Peer Response Debriefing, GBV & MHPSS Prevention and Response Training, Community Engagement Training, Media Course Correspondence, and so on.
Michael Arizanti

Michael Arizanti is a debater born in the Netherlands, raised in Norway and now living in Sweden. In Sweden, he has been an important part of the debate on how to deal with violence-promoting extremism and how to fight honor-related violence and oppression. Nowadays, he has put more focus on human rights and the Kurdish issue. He is a long- standing writer on the Middle East and extremism. He has published many articles about Capx, Reaction Life, The Jewish Chronicle, and The Times of Israel. He is currently the Coordinating Manager for Yazidi Charity, Inhalation of Hope, as well as an analyst for UK-based think tanks- Islamic Theology of Counter Terrorism and Midstone Centre for International Affairs (on Kurdish affairs).
Dr. D. Yuvaraj

Dr. D. Yuvaraj is a Doctorate degree holder in the fields of computer science and Engineering and he completed his Bachelor's degree (B.E) in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, and Tamilnadu, India in 2001. He was awarded a Master's degree in Computer and Information Technology (M.Tech) from Manonmanium Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu, India in 2004. He completed a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2017. He has been serving for 21 years of experience in the field of teaching at the university level in India and abroad. Presently, he is working as an Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Cihan University- Duhok, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. He is specialized in the fields of Image Processing, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, and Artificial Intelligence. He has published 80 papers in international journals and conferences indexed by SCI, Web of Science and Scopus. He has also been Consulting Social Worker at SUPPORT, an organization working with Street children, mainly Dropout students Project Mainstream and a consulting faculty and resource person in various institutions working with children and women.
Dr. Balachandran Vadivel

Dr. Balachandran Vadivel is amotivated and dynamic educator with an advanced degree of Ph.D. in English Language Teaching (ELT) who has 13 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language at the university level in India and abroad. A qualified English Lecturer who can effectively communicate and contribute to the positive attitude of the institution and provide students with the right educational activities to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. His research areas of interest are ELT, Second Language Acquisition, and Applied Linguistics, and he has published 20 research papers in the same field as well. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at Cihan University- Duhok, in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He is interested in social welfare and provided presentations about Red Cross programs in the community. Also, he is an active member of the NSS (National Service Scheme) in India and is always willing to serve needy people in the field of education as a volunteer.

The main targets are to give a hand to those who need helps in the social aspect like supporting youth, children, and women without any sort of discrimination that bases on gender, color, belonging, religious, and appearance. Its aim to spread peace and amicable kind of coexisting in the community.
